This recently built 2 bedroom condo is at the top of Casa Anita and therefore has more steps. However your reward is the beautiful view of the town and the bay of Banderas from the master bedroom and living room which is unbelievable and unforgettable. This suite has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room with a sofa-bed for extra people sharing. The modern kitchen is well equipped and bright. This suite has a T.V. with cable, a telephone for local and long distance calls and a security box for your valuables (bring your own lock). There is a private patio at the front of the living room.

A balcony overlooking the ocean (except Corona del Mar 4), a well equipped kitchen, cable T.V., a telephone for local and long distance calls, a lockbox to store your valuables (Bring your own lock), daily maid service (except holidays), and use of two pools. Casa Anita and Corona del Mar do not have an elevator.
