CANCELLATION POLICIES

           RESERVATIONS 1-27 NIGHTS:

           Non-refundable charges applicable per suite, prior to arrival date are as follows:

·         45 days prior to arrival $250 USD

·         44 - 24 days prior to arrival 50% of total reservation

·         23 days prior to arrival 100%

           RESERVATIONS OF 28 NIGHTS OR MORE:

           Non-refundable charges applicable per suite, prior to arrival date are as follows:

·         61 or more days prior to arrival 25% of total reservation

·         60 or less days prior to arrival 100% of total reservation

DOCUMENTS
Canadian citizens are required to carry a Mexican Tourist Card, proof of citizenship, such as a valid passport or birth certificate and a photo I.D. US citizens can use their voter's registration card. For children under 18 years traveling with one parent or others, a notarized letter signed by both parents is required, to give them permission to travel to Mexico. All others require valid passport and/or visas where applicable.

Contact the Mexican Consulate to be sure of all necessary documents. Beware of changes to requirements. Mex-Dev cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions.

OPERATOR
Mex-Dev Desarrollos S.A de C.V is a company located in Puerto Vallarta. The address is Carretera Barra de Navidad # 601, Puerto Vallarta. The principals who own the properties outright and free of encumbrances : offer accommodation in Puerto Vallarta exclusively and market directly, or through registered travel agencies.

PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit of $250. USD is payable within 24 hours of booking. The balance is payable 45 days prior to arrival date.

For reservations over 27 nights we require a deposit payment of 50% of the total reservation within 24 hours of booking.  The balance is payable 60 days prior to arrival date.  See cancellation penalties above.

Christmas balance is payable by October 15th and is totally non-refundable.

Once a reservation is guaranteed or deposit is paid, a $25 USD fee for administration will be applied for changes.
